Description

I wrote safety belt as a way to transport myself back to a time where I laid down every part of me for someone else—with no backup plan...no exit strategy. I wanted to memorialize and celebrate that place of absolute vulnerability and blind trust, even though it almost destroyed me. Sometimes life doesn’t come with a safety belt. - Marshall
